The counselling includes 4 Rounds: 1st & 2nd  Mop- up, and Stray Vacancy Rounds. If some seats are still empty, a Special Stray Vacancy round may also happen. Typically, MCC conducts counselling up to the Mop-up round, and Deemed Universities take charge of Stray Vacancy round counselling at the college level if seats are still available.
