- Finished 10+2 long stretches of training or comparable with least of half checks in total and at least half of imprints in each subjects of Material science, Science and, Science (PCB).
- OR a Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following fields, awarded by the university: The candidate must have passed the previous qualifying examination (10+2 or an equivalent examination) with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, as well as at least one other prescribed science subject of study up to the ancillary level, with at least 50% overall marks.
- OR a prerequisite course that is equivalent to an I. Sc. MBBS Admission in KUSMAS: Academic Qualification
*You have to complete Class 12 from a recognized board like CBSE, ICSE, or any state board in India.
*The subjects you need to have are physics, chemistry, biology, and English.
*You cannot replace biology with mathematics or biotechnology because the NMC and Nepal Medical Council are very strict about this.
*If you are from the commerce or arts stream, you cannot apply for MBBS in Nepal.

Indian Students Can Get Direct Admission Through Their NEET Scores:
- Based on their NEET scores, Indian students can apply directly to private medical colleges in Nepal.
- The MBBS program lasts 4.5 years and a one-year internship.
- Passing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with 50% aggregate or equivalent grades from certificate-level programs is required to be eligible.
- By the time the application deadline arrives, candidates must be at least 17 years old.
Admission via the MEC Admissions Exam:
- The MEC entrance exam must be taken by students who want to study medicine and surgery (MBBS) at specific Nepalese schools like the BP Koirala Institute of Health Science, the Dharan Institute of Medical Science, the Patan Academy of Health Science, the Kamali Academy of Health Science, the Nepalese Army Institute of Health Science, and the Kathmandu University School of Medical Science.
- Candidates must achieve a score of at least 50% on this entrance exam to be considered.
- For admission, only NEET scores from the current academic year will be considered.
